It is pretty much a poor decision to lie to one self, knowing exactly
what the truth is. It’s like holding on
to that relationship knowing exactly that it will never work; they will never
like you because daddy loves you more, or he will never leave his wife for you,
or he is just not that much into you.
It is like hoping and patiently waiting for the wake of the dead,
knowing very well it will never happen.
The more you keep lying, the more you keep emotionally draining and
exhausting yourself, get up and smell the coffee; lying won’t get you nowhere
than being stuck in a motionless train.
